The home has 24 bedrooms
Downstairs: Office, Dining Room, Kitchen, 9 Single Bedrooms (6 En suite)
Upstairs: 13 Single Bedrooms (3 en Suite) 2 Double Bedrooms.
All room sizes exceed the national minimum standard.
Social Rooms:
There are 4 lounges; three for service users and one for staff and service users' visitors. There is also a separate dining room, all rooms are centrally heated. Service Users are encouraged to use these public rooms; however, those who choose to stay in their own rooms may do so. Smoking is not allowed in some public rooms and, whilst generally discouraged within the home, a separate area is set aside for this purpose. All rooms have privacy locks on doors and a lockable facility to secure valuables and personal items.
Lounge Areas
The accommodation we provide is designed to make our residents feel comfortable in their surroundings. As well as large private areas, the home has a large lounge where residents can relax or meet with visitors.
Outside Area
We have well-maintained, secure gardens that are fully accessible to our residents at all times. Their design encourages those who are able to go outside independently to visit our other residents.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are spacious and well equipped and have been designed to make sure our residents feel at home in the warm and comfortable settings. Residents are encouraged to bring personal items with them to promote an atmosphere of familiarity.
